Class Descriptions

All our classes offer an open level experience.  Pilates is an amazing practice that allows both newcomers and experienced clients to participate in the same class and receive a great workout based on their level of participation.  Our regular class descriptions are below.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Reformer All Levels and Express

Our Reformer All Levels classes use the latest Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers and are suitable for clients at all levels.  Each class is tailored to the ability and preferences of the clients.  Our standard Reformer Class is 55 minutes.

Our Reformer Express class offers a faster paced version of the Reformer Class, completed in just 45 minutes.  The instructor will move more quickly through their lesson plan, allowing you to experience the same intensity workout in a shorter period of time.  Our Express classes are ideally designed for your busy New York lifestyle.

Reformer / Tower and Express

Our Reformer / Tower classes are offered exclusively in our West Village location and incorporate all of the Pilates you love from a Reformer class complemented with additional exercises from the Balanced Body “Tower of Power”.  Our standard Reformer / Tower class is 55 minutes.

Our Reformer/Tower Express class offers a faster paced version of the Reformer/Tower Class, completed in just 45 minutes.  The instructor will move more quickly through their lesson plan, allowing you to experience the same intensity workout in a shorter period of time.  Our Express classes are ideally designed for your busy New York lifestyle.
