Covid-19 has been a global humanitarian crisis that impacted us all.  Our thoughts are with those families that have been directly affected by the pandemic and we are forever grateful for our amazing team and clients who have helped us survive as a business.  The safety and experience of our employees and clients will always be our top priority. Below you will find information about our current Covid related precautions and policies. If your question is not answered, please contact us.

Are masks allowed in the studios?

Yes.  While masks are now optional for indoor settings in New York, you are welcome to continue to wear a mask during your session.  We ask that all clients respect the privacy and right to choose for anyone who wishes to wear, or not wear, a mask.

What are your Covid-19 additional safety policies?

Covid isn’t quite gone, and so we intend to maintain reasonable safety precautions, and we appreciate your cooperation with these.  Updated policies will be posted prominently in each studio.

  • All clients must wear socks. Grip socks are preferred.
  • Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your session and no later than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the session.
  • Please depart promptly following the completion of the session.
  • If you are symptomatic or may have been exposed, please stay home.
