More about Jannika

Jannika is holistic health coach and Pilates instructor with a passion for supporting and guiding clients through their wellness journey. Trained in the STOTT Pilates method, her contemporary approach and teaching style fluidly blends high energy movements with restorative exercises. With detailed attention to movement, anatomy and form, Jannika’s classes are engaging and challenging and clients leave her classes feeling rejuvenated, energized and balanced in mind, body, spirit. Jannika first started her personal Pilates practice in high school after experiencing back pain from scoliosis and fell in love with the exercise when she realized how it was a catalyst for transformation in so many areas of her life.
