Jerica Niehoff is a professional Contemporary dancer residing in Astoria, NY. She experienced Pilates classes at a young age to help keep herself strong for her dance training and career and then to also help rehabilitate various injuries. Jerica loves helping people feel strong in their bodies and to motivate them to meet their fitness goals!
