Katie started her Pilates journey when she arrived in New York City in 2014. Working in a high-pressure environment, she became fascinated by the mind-body connection that grew out of her Pilates work. After deepening her understanding of that connection and eventually becoming a certified instructor, she made a commitment to teaching movement full time and now works exclusively in spaces focused on aligning & healing the body. Outside of class, she is the owner of a small tea company that creates holistic healing remedies and herbal blends.
Katie’s classes are focused on balanced, intentional movements that are accessible for all bodies. Each class flow is created with the goal of connecting body and breath in a mindful way that challenges and strengthens the body while increasing mobility.
