Salma didn’t grow up as a dancer or an athlete, but started getting into working out regularly in her early 20s. Salma was attracted to the dramatic after effect (in a good way) of a good session: red cheeks, high energy, happy mindset and a general sense of strength.
Salma is Egyptian, living in New York City with her husband and two children. Shifting her focus from a corporate career, Salma decided to feed her curiosity to know more about the science of movement. In 2017, she studied functional anatomy, postural analysis, and fundamentals of proper muscle engagement.
Salma is a true believer that moving freely and fluidly without pain is at core of a good quality of life. Her schedule is below and she looks forward to seeing you in class soon.
