More about Anjali

Anjali first heard about Pilates after a serious knee injury where her rehabilitation process encouraged her to realize her love for the healing arts and physical therapy. Although Anjali first came to New York City to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional dancer, she wanted to continue her love for healing and began her journey with Pilates. With her extensive knowledge of the body, movement and physical therapy, she curates a full body work-out that also increases flexibility, coordination and mind-body awareness. She also specializes in looking at what people specifically need to correct improper alignment and strengthen the surrounding areas to feel whole body strength, balance and support. Anjali aims to help each of her clients with their own personal fitness goals while also addressing their individual conditions or weaknesses.
