After years of competitive dancing, Chandler was introduced to Pilates as cross training to improve her movement and lines while also protecting her body from injury. She went on to dance professionally always incorporating Pilates into her life. Eventually she went to receive her certification from second-generation teacher Diane Diefenderfer at Studio Du Corps Pilates.
Chandler fell in love with the way Pilates connects mind and body. She is committed to helping her clients learn how important it is to be in tune with one’s own body, making the client not only physically but mentally more healthy. You will feel your body building long lean lines in her class while finding inner strength. She looks forward to seeing you in class soon.
