More about Chantel

Chantel deepened her knowledge in holistic health due to several personal health issues. Taking personal responsibility for her health, she enrolled in Health Coaching school and learned how to optimize her physical and mental health through nutrition. Pilates allowed her to incorporate low impact, mindful movement into her journey, receiving benefits including pain reduction, rehabilitation of injuries and improved spinal alignment.  Chantel is now helping others achieve the same benefits.  Chantel believes movement is medicine and a form of self care. Her classes are creative, challenging, and playful where clients encounter a welcoming environment and can connect with their body, build strength, and unwind.
