Hello Avea Pilates Community,
Did you know that all of our instructors undergo an extensive Pilates certification and training? Programs typically require 450-600 hours of training including theory, practice, observation and delivery of Private Sessions and Group Classes.
We also have all new instructors complete a full audition class so we can be certain to maintain the highest quality of instructor.
As we continue to expand our schedule, we are delighted to welcome 2 new instructors and 1 returning instructor to our team.
Arianna has been a long standing and very popular instructor with Avea Pilates. She took a break during the pandemic and we are delighted to welcome her back to the team. Apart from one person who made a life and career change, every one of our pre-pandemic instructors have returned to teach with us.
Christie and Lauren are new to us, but not new to Pilates. Both gave fantastic audition classes are already on the schedule.
We encourage you to take classes with these new additions to our team. We are confident you will enjoy the classes.
