All our group classes offer an open level experience.  Pilates is an amazing practice that allows both newcomers and experienced clients to participate in the same class and receive a great workout based on their level of participation.  Our Reformer All Levels classes use the latest Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers and are suitable for clients at all levels.  Each class is tailored to the ability and preferences of the clients.  Our standard Reformer Class is 45 minutes.
