Monthly Passes Terms and Conditions (please read carefully)

We appreciate your interest in our monthly Passes.  Our monthly passes provide a one-month option at a reduced price.  Due to the additional discount from our regular class packages, monthly passes cannot be extended for any reason including vacation, travel, illness, or injury.  Any unused classes expire at the same time as the expiration of the pass and there are no refunds or carry overs allowed for unused classes.

Our monthly passes are valid for a full month from their first use after purchase.  E.g. If you purchase on a Tuesday and attend your first class on Thursday, the pass will activate on Thursday.  Our passes also do not auto-renew, which means you are not locked into a “membership.”  There is no long-term commitment.

* Assumes a reservation every day in a 31 day month.  Some of our existing VIP Pass clients attend this frequently!

Late cancel / no-show penalties

Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from joining classes. There is no fee as long as you cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of your class.  Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows for any class will be subject to the following:

  • Silver and Gold Pass holders will will have a class deducted from the pass
  • VIP Pass holders will be charged a $38 cancellation fee to the credit card on file.

Please confirm with your teacher that they mark you present as late cancellation and no-show fees are automatically applied the day after the class.

We cannot make exceptions to these fees for any reason including illness, injury, Covid exposure, family, pet or work emergencies or travel delays, so please plan ahead and cancel your session with sufficient notice.

Additional Terms and Conditions

There are no refunds or carry overs allowed for unused classes.  All unused classes expire at the same time as the end of the pass.  All classes must be used prior to expiration of the Pass.

Early cancellations (at least 12 hours prior) for classes are permitted without penalty.

For the VIP Pass, you must maintain a valid credit card with our Mindbody account.  If a cancellation fee cannot be charged to a credit card on file, the VIP Pass is subject to suspension until this is resolved.

Avea Pilates reserves the right to limit the number of Passes available and to refuse sales of Passes to any client based on failure to pay cancellation fees or sharing of passes.
