Aleksandra was a professional ballet dancer performing internationally as a soloist when injury forced her to stop dancing. She transitioned to a corporate career in architecture and technology, but long hours at a desk only made things worse. That’s when she discovered Pilates. Through consistent practice, Pilates not only healed her injury but rebuilt her strength from the ground up, giving her back the powerful, pain-free body she thought she’d lost forever. Today, as a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor (600+ h – Real Pilates), she’s passionate about helping others experience that same life-changing transformation.

What brings you happiness when working with clients?
I love when clients discover their own strength—that moment when they realize they can hold a plank longer, lift with more control, or power through a challenging sequence they couldn’t do before. Especially when they come to me in pain or feeling stuck in their bodies, watching them transform and walk out energized and empowered is everything! My attention to anatomy ensures you’re building strength safely and effectively. You’ll get precise cues that help you work smarter, not just harder—and you’ll feel the results both during and long after class.
