More about Carlton

Carlton was first introduced to Pilates while working in the fashion industry, as a way to get in shape and relieve stress. After committing to a consistent Pilates practice, Carlton was amazed at the benefits Pilates gave her mind and body. She was stronger, more relaxed, had more body awareness, and a stronger core- providing her with more mobility in everyday life.  Carlton believes Pilates is for every age and every fitness level, and is passionate about educating, motivating, and encouraging clients to move their bodies consistently in a safe, effective, and low-impact way.
