More about Carlton

Carlton was first introduced to Pilates while working in the fashion industry as a way to get in shape and relieve stress. After committing to a consistent Pilates practice, Carlton was amazed at the benefits Pilates gave her mind and body. She was stronger, more relaxed, had more body awareness, and a stronger core- providing her with more mobility in everyday life.  Carlton believes Pilates is for every age and every fitness level, and is passionate about educating, motivating, and encouraging clients to move their bodies consistently in a safe, effective, and low-impact way.

What vibe do clients get in your class?

My class style tends to be more challenging and fast paced. Clients will definitely get in a great workout- in a positive and uplifting environment!

What is your favorite move to include in your class?

My favorite move to include in classes is planks- in many different variations!

What do you love most about Pilates?

I love how much emphasis Pilates places on core strength.  Having a strong core is the key to better posture, stability, balance, and an overall better quality of life.  I love it when clients begin to make their Pilates practice consistent. Consistency is the only way to yield the results many are searching for!
