Emily was first introduced to Pilates after an automobile accident as a way to gain strength and movement with injury. Through this, she discovered the transformative power of Pilates on physical and mental well-being. She brings a vast knowledge of Classical Pilates, contemporary Pilates, anatomy and injuries, and energy to her classes. She aims to inspire her clients as well as assist them on their fitness journey. Emily works full-time as a software engineer and uses her experience and love for sports to connect with her clients. Emily believes Pilates can help anyone achieve their mental and physical goals and aims to achieve that with each and every class.
