Jack found his way into fitness through his background in ballet and various other styles of dance. Born in Australia he started training at the Victorian College of the Arts where he was first introduced to Pilates. Jack immediately fell in love with the form and immersed himself in Dynamic Reformer, Mat Pilates as well as hit HIIT classes. His curiosity pushed him to pursue further training with Unite Health where Jack became a Mat and Reformer teacher. He draws on his dance background to challenge his client’s flexibility and coordination while using the key principles of Pilates to improve posture, form and fitness. Jack loves watching his clients break a sweat and achieve their fitness goals.
