Jacqueline is a former corporate professional and collegiate athlete. She fell in love with Pilates when she moved to Manhattan in 2021.
Pilates is her outlet to ground and reconnect with herself. She became an instructor to help others find the connection between the mind, body, and breath. She has loves the community engagement of showing up to class, being challenged in a group setting, and sharing energy with others.
Jacqueline’s classes are a mix of contemporary and classical Pilates, rooted in traditional exercises with a modern approach to body and biomechanics. She provides advancements and modifications so students can tune into their bodies and make a conscious decision on how much to challenge themselves based on how their body is feeling that day.
