Born and raised in NY, Lauren was introduced to Pilates just before the pandemic—and it quickly became her passion. Drawn to the strength, confidence, and clarity it brought to her life, she now brings that same energy to every class she teaches.
Lauren’s sessions are athletic, challenging, and fun, with a strong emphasis on full-body movement and mindful control. She’s passionate about helping clients of all ages and experience levels push past their comfort zones, build strength, and reach their personal goals—both on and off the reformer.
