More about Reem

Reem is equal parts high energy athleticism and peaceful, slow-burn. She loves teaching challenging workouts, geared towards athletes and those looking to use Pilates for its athletic conditioning capabilities or injury prevention magic.

Reem is also super passionate about working with beginners, especially with those who don’t necessarily identify as movers or shakers (yet). For over a decade, Reem has combined her background in clinical mental health education to movement. So, in addition to using Pilates for healing (and sculpting) the body, Reem channels the discipline as a calming force for the nervous system. Outside of Pilates and mental health, Reem is a fan of basketball and all things body-positivity.
